 General Troubleshooting

If you're unable to connect your device to WiFi:

• Try turning WiFi OFF, and then back ON.      This will help resolve most WiFi issues.
• Ensure WiFi is enabled and that you have a strong WiFi signal.
• Make sure you're in range of the WiFi network to which you're trying      to connect. Available networks are listed in your WiFi settings menu. If      the desired WiFi network isn't listed, try connecting to a local Spectrum access point.
• If the nearest WiFi access point has low connectivity, your device      may not connect to avoid a poor WiFi experience.
• If you're connecting to a private WiFi service, make sure you've      entered the correct password. Some WiFi services may present a welcome      page with information such as pricing, session length and terms &      conditions that must be acknowledged before using the WiFi network.
• Reset your Network settings. For instructions, visit Spectrums Device Help & Tutorials page and select your device.
• If the issue persists, restart your device.

Spectrum Mobile WiFi Access Point

If you're unable to connect your device to a Spectrum Mobile WiFi access point:

• Be sure you're in range of a Spectrum Mobile WiFi access      point. Find a Spectrum Mobile WiFi access point near you.
• If prompted, make sure you enter the correct Spectrum username and      password.
• If you're unable to connect to Spectrum Mobile WiFi, try connecting      to a different WiFi network.

Home WiFi

If you're unable to connect your device to your In-Home WiFi service:

• Verify you're connecting to the correct WiFi service. Your      In-Home WiFi network name/SSID can be found      on your router.
• Verify you've entered the correct WiFi password for your In-Home      WiFi service.
• Make sure you're in range of your In-Home WiFi service.      Available networks are listed in your WiFi settings menu. If the desired      WiFi service isn't listed, move closer to your WiFi router.
• If your In-Home WiFi service doesn't appear in the available      networks list, you can manually search for your WiFi network      name/SSID.
• Restart your router and your device, then try to connect to WiFi      again. Get additional help with troubleshooting your WiFi router.
• Refer to your router's user manual for further instruction.

  The "BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH" as its referred to, can be caused by any problem that causes Windows to stop running safely. The BSOD can be triggered by software problems, such as incompatible driver updates, or hardware problems, like a hard drive that needs formatting or overheating caused by overclocking your CPU.

(MRP) Manufacturing Resource Planning is a component or module of an ERP System. It is a system designed to plan manufacturing production. It identifies necessary materials, estimates quantities, determines when materials will be required to meet the production schedule, and manages delivery timing – with the goal of meeting demands and improving overall productivity. 

A (CRM) or Customer Relationship Management, lets you store customer and prospect contact information, identify sales opportunities, record service issues, and manage marketing campaigns, all in one central location — and make information about every customer interaction available to anyone at your company who might need it.  There are 3 types of customer relationship management software that you can use for your business: operational CRM, collaborative CRM, and analytical CRM.  Outlook is considered a CRM because it holds customer contacts and info and is able to email and store directly on your computer. However, it is not expandable or interreacts with most ERP/MRP systems other than stores basic information. It is a home office or very small business tool under 10 people. ADAPT is a great CRM for low cost but expands and does interact with Outlook rather then the higher costs of something like an ORACLE ERP system.

Yes, we service all types of hardware and software products. However MAC products are typically not done on site. Why? due to limited parts and service needs on hand. Please ask and let us know if you have a PC or MAC.
