Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

You have 5 Days after receiving product to return at your cost.
State of return (e.g. unworn)
Returns only allowed from the US. Ship to PO Box 159, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service)
To Initiate return please email C/O Returns at Info@ifccomputers.com. Please put the reason for the return, and contact info including phone number and email address.
Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details)
The product must be new, no used products in the same condition as you received it. Include your payment method. IT takes 5 days to receive payment after we receive the product.
